Program Policies

My hope for our program is that you achieve some fantastic results and we also have a great time working together :). To make sure that happens, please read and agree to these program policies:

PROGRAM DEADLINE

The deadline for our program will be 3 months after whatever day is on your purchase receipt. (for example, if you purchased the program on Jan 15th, the program deadline will be April 15th). 

After the deadline, any remaining sessions will be cancelled. 

I'm working with many clients at once, so making sure you complete the program by the deadline will be your responsibility.

CLASS CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

You joined this program so I'm trusting that you'll show up, be consistent, and be respectful of my time. 

I allow everyone I work with total freedom to schedule/reschedule sessions whenever is convenient for them. If you ever need to reschedule due to some life event, that's totally fine!

My only requirements are:

1: Reschedule any sessions at least 12 hours before that session's start time. You will not be able to reschedule when a session is within the next 12 hours. 

2: Only reschedule a session once. Multiple attempts to reschedule the same session will result in that session being canceled. 

If you do reschedule or cancel a session, please use my calendar and message me the updated time on Kakao or Skype chat. You don't need to ask my permission to reschedule, just reschedule using my calendar and then message me after.

If you skip a session without communicating with me, that will count as 1 session and you will not be able to reschedule. 

PROGRAM CURRICULUM/CONTENT

I'll do everything I can to help you, but whether or not you get the results you want will ultimately be up to you. So, throughout our program, please:

• Do the outside of class work
• Show up on time and prepared for each session
• Keep me updated on any English work situations you'd like my help with

SESSIONS/TIME

For this program, you've received:

• Lifetime access to the Career Clarity, Business English Crash Course, and 7 Day Presentation Mastery video programs
• 12 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
• Notes, homework, and class recordings for each week
• Message support/Q&A via Kakao

If you want help/support beyond what is included in our program AND will require time and effort from me, I will charge you extra for that (just like any other business would). However, you're more than welcome to send your questions any time!

CONDUCT

Throughout this program, act in a way that you would want clients/colleagues working with you to act. Get the work done, keep me updated on anything you'd like help with, and be reasonable/understanding. 

I promise to be the 'ideal coach' and treat you with respect, empathy, and support throughout our program and beyond :).
